What happens after I book a session?

Before our first session together, I will send you some ‘pre-coaching’ work that you will need to fill out and return to me. This will give me an idea of your current situation and your hopes for the future, so that your coaching session/s will be productive and valuable.

Where does our coaching session take place?

Coaching sessions can take place via Zoom or another videoconference platform of your choice. If you prefer to meet face to face, I have a home office in New Farm, or I can come to your home if it is within 10km of New Farm, Brisbane.

What do I need to bring to our sessions?

  • Your pre-coaching work. This will be emailed to you after you have booked in to a coaching session.

  • A notepad and pen. I’ve found it’s helpful to choose a notepad or journal that is only used for your coaching sessions and discovery work.

If I book multiple sessions, often will they occur?

You can choose when your sessions take place and how far apart the sessions are. Most people choose intervals of 2–3 weeks. Note that Sessions expire 12 months from date of purchase and sessions cannot be refunded if you don’t use them.

What happens if I cannot attend a session as planned?

Please note that 48 hours notice is required if you need to re-schedule your appointment. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Sessions can be conducted via videoconference if attending in person is not possible.

Is what I say in my coaching sessions confidential?

The coaching relationship is bound by confidentiality.
